In recognition that its skyline-defining projects could never be fully realized through traditional planning and architectural drafts alone, Fortune International Group has pioneered a pre-construction practice of creating a full-scale mock-up that allows the creative team to physically immerse themselves in every facet of the residential experience. This way, they could ensure all that was envisioned on paper and screen would come to life with rigorous precision, enabling the team to see, feel, and carefully consider each and every design element.
